Saved Searches are LIVE!

SkillsWeb is excited to announce the release of the Saved Searches feature. Saved Searches have taken the place of shortlists after it was decided that shortlists had reached their maximum capacity.

Saved Searches will enable administrators to carry out specific searches and then save the exact filters that were used to find those results.

image

The Saved Searches will not run like shortlists, as shortlists stored the names of every person in that search, whereas Saved Searches only save the filters necessary to recreate the search. For administrators this means that the time to run specific searches or open these “Saved Searches” will decrease dramatically.

Furthermore, once a Saved Search is saved, each week the search will be run automatically and the result of the search will be saved in a table. The benefit of saving the result in a table is that administrators can then view the table and analyse each week how much a specific search has either decreased or increased.

Worklists are LIVE!

SkillsWeb is please to announce that Worklists have now been implemented onto the Applicant Search.

We are very excited about the possibilities that worklists provide to administrators on the site. Worklists will enable them, before running a search, to select what fields of data they wish to collect, ensuring a bespoke experience for the administrators.

image

Previously, the information that was displayed after a search was run had been fixed to specific fields. However, now the data fields are fully customisable for the administrators, this will ensure a personalised experience each time a search is run.

Furthermore, once the search is run, the administrators are now able to export a far larger .CSV file compared to what previously existed. This will enable all administrators to not only view the data on their computers, but also be able to use all the data offline if they wish to do so.
