Sprint 41 release notes

We have released the follow developments which benefit all users this week;

General updates

• Changes to Postcodes in applicant search – now displays all postcodes for your region not just your partnership.

• Report builder - now fixed to work with Sport Makers applicant filter at the bottom of the screen.

• T Shirt size now asked when booking a Sport Maker event – Can be seen when viewing bookings and included in bookings export.

• Email recipient change for notification of opportunity interest - Only now go to staff member that posted an opportunity and not affiliate partner staff employers.

• Fixed issue with new articles auto archiving when created.

• Carried out extensive IE testing for activating opportunities and found no issues. If you are having problems we suggest using a different browser or if possible a different network.

• Changing primary partner option for PRO-Active London when booking an event that isn’t owned by the applicants current primary partner.

• Fixed issue around deleting providers and subsequent issues this causes.

• Grouping of applicant search filters to improve ease of finding required filter (CSP first linked to has been renamed partner first linked to)

Coaching updates

• Suspended discount codes are no longer valid when booking an event.

• Amendments to the events plugin – Improved the prominence of the links – (available for your partner to embed into public site)

• Fix to opportunity activities selected when creating an opportunity in CW.

• Added an all filter when viewing bursary applications.

• Changes to Northamptonshire Bursary scheme.

• New operating standards added (Sport specific qualification/CPD points/schools delivery/achieved specific qualifications)

We have released the follow developments which benefit all users this week;

General Updates

•    PDF export of opportunities (You’ll see the pdf icon when viewing all opportunities)
•    Report builder fixed to work with the applicant filter at the bottom of the page.
•    Added an Applicant activity report feature under investigate tab – This allows you to see what your applicants have been doing
•    Changes to some email template.
•    Notifications added to applicant search.
•    Limit to event booking (3 events) if event status is set to anything other than attended.
•    Added provider name to opportunity listings
•    View the Partner first linked to for an applicant in their applicant profile in admin area.
•    Added 3 hours filter to the applicant search journal filter.
•    Fix to stop “deactivated” news items displaying in news feed
•    Fix registered date applicant search to now work with the date the applicant registered.
•    Fix to less than journalled hours filter to now include applicant with 0 hours journalled.
•    Fix to quick stats in admin home screen to display future open events & placements (Active and Total)

Coaching Updates

•    Enabled the Marketplace on the live site for all partners.
•    Fix to event discount code so that it is now case sensitive.
•    Fix to allocate access levels for newly registered applicants.
•    Changes to Kent Applicant area

Sprint 40 release notes

We have released the follow developments which benefit all users this week;

General updates

• Edited the quick stats on the partner front panel that allows the data to be switched between showing “first linked partner” & “All linked”
• Developed a feature that allows for discounted events with a discount code – Within the edit event screen you will now notice the additional of the event discounts feature at the bottom of the screen. Enter the discount code and the discounted price (don’t include a pound sign£) to enable this.
• Developed a news collaboration tool that allows for news items added by set CSPs to display in one location
• Updated CSP logo’s that appear on VolunteerWeb & CoachWeb
• Fixed a few shut down errors
• Made amendments to contact points and updated numerous VolunteerWeb and CoachWeb contacts
• Partner administrators can now accept or reject opportunity interests placed by an applicant without needing to masquerade as the provider.
• We have removed the ability to “delete” employers from the edit employer screen as this was causing issues within the database. We are discussion how best to manage these and will have something in place for the next sprint release.

Coaching updates

• Set live the CoachWeb sites for; Active Cumbria, CSW Coventry, Solihull & Warwickshire Sport, Sport Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire Sport & Pro-Active London.
• Fixed a bug with the qualification feature that was stopping the titles being displayed for newly added “not listed” qualifications in the applicant front panel.
• Developed a bespoke bursary scheme for Derbyshire Sport
• The find opportunities feature has been enabled for applications for all CSPs CoachWeb sites
• Updated the asset manager listing to allow for increased visibility
• Embedded Twitter and Facebook feeds & links into some CSP CoachWeb sites

General Updates

• Set live the 2 day event reminder email.
• Fixed an issue that was causing certain email messages being sent to not be delivered.
• All applicants can now be seen when viewing all events regardless of site on (i.e. sport maker bookings on Sport Maker events can be seen in CoachWeb admin areas).
• Issue with the width of the events booking screen when text has certain tags.
• Numerous shutdown messages fixed.
• New feature to link an applicant to a partner that owns an event when booking a place if the applicant isn’t already.
• Phone number and postcode that weren’t always being saved issue now fixed.
• Ticketshare pod now displaying for all Sport Makers.
• A few minor postcode registration issues where they were not being recognised fixed.
• Added new columns to the opportunity import to allow opportunities to be set live immediately.
• Alphabetical sort 2nd, 3rd etc levels of applicant search.
• Fixed age restriction issues in registration.
• Updated data exports to include new information.
• Fixed postcode issue search in admin area within applicant search.
• Removed irrelevant counties from filters.
• Create the ability to link directly to an opportunity rather than the opportunity area when viewing in the news feed.

Coaching Updates

• Enabled the Marketplace on the live site. This is switched on manually for each CSP so if you are interested in having it on your site please contact us.
• Google Analytics have been embedded into all CoachWeb sites - contact us to arrange login details.
• Registration locator issue fixed for London CoachWeb site.
• Civica payment has been integrated to the event booking payment system - If you are interested in using this feature please contact us.
• Unverified qualification can now be edited by applicants and admins.
• New insurance thread added to the applicant area.
• Interview reports updated date now being saved correctly.
• Education limitation removed.
• Granted access for admins to edit & delete programs within the providing tab.
• Fix new registration email issue.
• Updated the feature available to be included in the CV exported.
• Stopped affiliate admins from disappearing from the staff list when providers are linked to the affiliate.
• Experience can now be recorded for Coaching journalled sessions similar to the feature on VolunteerWeb.
• Improved the prominence of notifications to the applicants.

We have released the follow developments which benefit all users this week;

General updates

• Added Facebook like buttons to applicant news feeds. It allows for articles to be “liked” and publicised throughout their social network.
• Carried out a general tidy up of the provider section.
• Fixed a compatibility issue restricting the exporting of shortlists.
• Added a legal footer & unsubscribe options to broadcast email templates. These can be viewed in the applicants profile and search for in the applicant search.
• Within the applicant search fixed the greater than and less than filters for journalled hours, allowing searching for applicants that have journalled greater than x hours.
• Added in a feature to allow providers to “undo” accepting/rejecting opportunity interest.
• Coaching ID has been renamed Applicant ID.

Coaching specific updates

Created the following reports in response to our meeting with the regional representatives. We hope you will find useful for your end of year reports.
1. Export the events by type from the system. From here it is possible to review the number of events run in each category.
2. Export of number of emails sent and recipients targeted via bulk emails sent through the system.

Additionally remind you that there is a report available at CSSN report accessed from Reporting > Investigate where it is possible to access the number of registrations in a period.

Updated all CSP CoachWeb sites to have the “find opportunities” feature within “do more” for applicants.

Fixed issue around deleting qualifications as an applicant and as an administrator.
